Definirei il soggiorno nella casa di Ioanna una vacanza da sogno. Eravamo due famiglie e ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è ben suddivisa e gli spazi sono comodi per più persone. Il giardino fuori è ben attrezzato e tutto da vivere. L'accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia poi completa il quadro! Ioanna è una persona davvero piacevole, disponibile e ci ha dato tanti ottimi consigli per godere appieno del posto. Ci auguriamo davvero di poter tornare in questo angolo di paradiso.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Ioanna's house! The house is very comfortable and very well equipped in everything! (Kitchen, bed linen, bathrooms, cleaning products as well as the outdoor area) The view is fantastic, the outdoor area is also well equipped (chairs, deckchairs, grills). Ioanna herself, very friendly, communicative, with the intention of helping with anything we asked her! It should be noted that we had an 8-month-old baby with us and we did not suffer at all! We highly recommend it!

Very friendly and comunicative host. Ioanna was easily reachable and helped us several times with local information. The location is great and the house is very well positioned by the see side. Lots of space in the garden for children to play, very nice setup for families. The house is equipped with everything one may need. Or, at least we did not miss anything. Overall the stay was very pleasant and we were happy with this accommodation choice.

Wonderful house in great location. We had a most enjoyable week, with perfect weather at the end of September. Ioanna was there on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The house was exactly as shown in the photographs, impeccably clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There’s plenty of in and outdoor space and a beautiful view over the Aegean Sea. The kitchen has everything you may need for self catering, as well as a dishwasher and coffee machine. The top room is large enough for a family with two small children. All rooms are air conditioned, with plenty of wardrobe space. The location is perfect, if you re looking for a peaceful holiday. There’s a great beach bar, 5-10 min walk away and (at the end of September) we had the beach to ourselves. Everything else (shops, bars, tavernas etc) is within a short drive away. You will need a car. Thank you Ioanna for a lovely holiday.

This is a perfect location with a lovely private beach just in front of the villa! There are several villas (i think 16 in total) and a beach bar very close where the food is amazing! Everything was perfect! The villa, the beach, the water, all the villages on the peninsula...we went by car...and i think it s the only way to stay here...u need a car! Ioanna told us about a few very good restaurants close by, because we didn t want to cook and they were perfect- very good food and views! Thank you Ioanna for our peaceful 2 weeks holiday at your place!

At the beginning was the doubt about the Airbnb process - we were doing it for the first time and didn't know what to expect. In the end, we couldn't be more positively surprised by the whole experience, by the Airbnb payment and reservation process, and of course, by our wonderful host, Ioanna. We traveled 2 families: 4 adults and 3 kids. The house and all its amenities were just perfect, we did not miss a thing, it was like living in our own homes, but with a view...WHAT A VIEW!!! Every single morning was a literal spectacle for all of us, in different ways: some of us on the beach with a book in our hands, others on the patio with the smell of the fresh coffee waking us in the most pleasurable way, and ALL OF US just losing ourselves overlooking Sithonia, the Mountain of Athos and the beautiful Aegean Sea. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a large fridge, an electric stove and burner, an outdoor barbecue place, a dishwasher machine, everything one needed to feel like home. We dined couple of evenings having fresh fish and sea fruits (call +306974949607 for buying the fish). 5 minutes away is a decent groceries store called PRODOS MARKET EVAGGELOV, our only stop for resupply (and a good place for drinks and ice-cream too)! We do not recommend the nearby restaurant called Navagos Beach Bar to eat, at least not for the dinner we had, but this can change along with a new cook :) Every night we were visited by a fox and a hedgehog - quite a treat for the kids having to see the two so close :). We just had the vacation of our lifetime!
