Dear visitors , the villa is located in Northern Greece in Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki close to Paliouri village. The villa has 3 floors and is suitable for families, couples and groups of friends. The location of the villa (2 minutes walk to the beach) is the one that will take you to the endless blue every day, as the view due to its location is unique. The interior and exterior space has been designed (maximum for 8 pax) so that you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Below I will give you a detailed description of the Villa's facilities as well as my suggestions for dining areas, beach bars, bars close to the villa , and areas for activities for children/adults, fulfilling every desire while enjoying your privacy at the same time. The booking period starts from 10th of May till 30th of October 2025 (minimum stay 7 days). It would be helpful to make an early booking cause some periods are booked already from repeaters
